TRX Suspension Trainer

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a portable, lightweight training system that allows you to workout anytime, anywhere be it from a door frame, to a wall anchor. Use your own body weight as the resistance and strengthen your whole body, whilst building muscle and burning unwanted fat. Suspension Training helps to increase flexibility and endurance and helps to develop and maintain strong abdominal muscles.

Quality ABS hand grips with integrated foot cradles, for use in ground-based exercises, allow you to target the whole body. This suspension trainer has a maximum user weight of 125kg but has been independently load tested up to 450kg.
