With the decline barbell bench press being a great variation of the popular flat bench press, the Pulse Olympic Decline Bench is an absolute necessity when kitting out any gym or strength training facility.

Bench press is the staple exercise for building muscle mass and strength in the Pectorals, primarily working the pectoralis major, with the anterior deltoids, triceps, traps and back working as secondary muscles.

The soft leather cover on the upholstery provides maximum comfort whilst lifting and the dual stop hooks reduce the chance of injury by providing a lower stopping place if the user fails to complete the full rep. Additional storage horns provide ample room for plates, removing the need for a separate racking. 

This piece has a Matte Black Electro-plated powder coat finish, to ensure a durable and reliable piece of equipment while still being aesthetically pleasing. The pad is upholstered to the highest of standards, using a fire-retardant upholstery material which in addition is double stitched. These pads are just as comfortable as they are practical.
