This product's frame is manufactured from high-grade, commercial quality 2mm (14 gauge) steel that is designed to give unparalleled structural integrity and stability, even during the most intense workouts. Once welded, the frames are treated to resist corrosion by being grit blasted and zinc pre-treated (for guaranteed durability). They are furnace baked, heat-cured and electrostatically epoxy powdered (which ensures maximum adhesion). This provides them with a tough, corrosive-resistant and easy to clean finish, offering unbeatable reliability and longevity. 

This Multi-Functional Trainer Rack contains a low starting weight and yet still has the capacity of a full weight range. This enables the user to build up their strength gradually, whilst the equipment still accommodates to the widest possible user group. The weight stack towers are positioned so they are accessible from a seated or standing position

The 90kg weight stack towers are completely covered to provide the safest possible user experience, protecting all those in the vicinity from accidental contact with the moving weight plate. The front facing shrouds are full-length, with a wide slot, giving easy access to the weight stack pin.

The magnetic weight stack pin assures secure locking into the weight plates and is attached to the weight stack via a plastic-coated tether cable. Therefore the pins cannot be removed from the machine and reduces the risk of them becoming lost or in commercial settings stolen. The weight stack pins are colour-coded for quick and easy identification.

The solid-steel weight plates come with precision fitted self-lubricating nylon bushes. This ensures smooth travel on the guide rods which are constructed from steel, polished with corrosion-resistant chrome plating for a seamless operation.
