The Indoor Ski Trainer consists of high-density, woven nylon cords as part of its drive system, delivering durability and long lasting wear, to survive even the toughest workouts. The cords are extremely lightweight, smooth, and responsive in their motion. The precision engineered, spiral damper, allows for quick adjustments of the airflow to the flywheel, changing the resistance of the stroke. The flywheel design also minimizes noise.

There are many workout types that can be performed on this ski trainer including 'Quick-Start', Interval 10/20, Interval 20/10, Interval Custom, or Target Time, Distance, Calories or Heart Rate. 

This product's frame is manufactured from high-grade, commercial quality 3mm (11 gauge) steel that is designed to give unparalleled structural integrity and stability, even during the most intense workouts. Once welded, the frames are treated to resist corrosion by being grit blasted and zinc pre-treated (for guaranteed durability). They are furnace baked, heat-cured and electrostatically epoxy powdered (which ensures maximum adhesion). This provides them with a tough, corrosive-resistant and easy to clean finish, offering unbeatable reliability and longevity.
