This treadmill has a speed range of 1-22kph / 0.6-13.7mph, with four levels of magnetic intensity control. The decking is made of 60 slats, all constructed from rubber with an anti-slip surface to reduce the risk of injury and optimise your performance. These slats sit on 172 bearings, giving the treadmill a smooth, low impact feel. 

There are many workout types that can be performed on this treadmill including 'Quick-Start', Interval 10/20, Interval 20/10, Interval Custom, or Target Time, Distance, Calories or Heart Rate. 

This product's frame is manufactured from high-grade, commercial quality 3mm (11 gauge) steel that is designed to give unparalleled structural integrity and stability, even during the most intense workouts. Once welded, the frames are treated to resist corrosion by being grit blasted and zinc pre-treated (for guaranteed durability). They are furnace baked, heat-cured and electrostatically epoxy powdered (which ensures maximum adhesion). This provides them with a tough, corrosive-resistant and easy to clean finish, offering unbeatable reliability and longevity.
