This 3ft Folding Punch Bag Bracket is cleverly designed to effectively save space, allowing the punch bag to sit tightly against the wall when in the retracted position. This makes it ideal for those with facilities where space is limited. It is far more convenient for the user to simply retract the bracket and push the bag bag instead of having to unhook the bag at the end of each session. 

Due to the bracket being able to reach out three feet from the wall, the user has ample space to work around the back of the bag, increasing the versatility of shots that can be thrown and drills that can be performed, offering an overall more rounded and realistic training experience.
