The diagonally upwards trajectory of a liver shot is almost impossible to land cleanly on a punch bag unless you are using this kind. It combines the benefits of training with a straight punch bag, maize bag and a floor-to-ceiling ball all into one.

With two options available for the material this bag will be a great fit for almost any scenario. Choose from either polyurethane, a great budget-friendly option, or the slightly more expensive but longer lasting leather option.
