GymGear Sterling Series Vertical Knee Raise / Chin Up Dip Frame

The GymGear Sterling Series Chin / Dip / Knee Raise Frame is perfect for performing a variety of upper body compound exercises, including pull-ups, chin-ups and tricep dips. There are three options to choose from- either just the Vertical Knee Frame, the Chin Up Bar Attachment, or the Full Rack. 

The type of exercise depends on the pre-selected position of the handgrip on the optional parallel bars attached to the frame. Perfect for those who are more conditioned and can lift their body weight comfortably during a pull up and dip movement, but also appropriate for beginners who want to improve their core strength with easier movements such as the vertical knee raise.
