GymGear Sterling Series Seated Dip

The GymGear Sterling Seated Dip is great for isolating the triceps, with the movement mimicking that of a tricep dip. The difference being that during the seated dip you are stationary and the weight moves, meaning you can reap the training benefits of the more advanced tricep dip without having to lift up all your body weight. 

The soft leather cover on the upholstery provides maximum comfort whilst lifting and the adjustable seat height accommodates users of all sizes. This machine focuses heavily on increasing the tricep and lower pectoral strength, making it an essential machine when training upper body.
