The GymGear Sterling Series Multi Abdominal Bench is designed to stimulate the feeling of floor ab exercises, while keeping the stability of machines. The soft leather cover on the upholstery provides maximum comfort whilst lifting and the adjustable seat height accommodates users of all sizes. 

This machine focuses heavily on increasing core strength and is preferred by many to performing the exercise on the floor due to comfier padding and more support. In addition to the more comfortable padding and large range of motion, the Sterling Series Abdominal Bench provides a more supported experience with ankle rollers ensuring comfort and stability, whilst the adjustable, multiple position decline bench increases functionality.
