A premium rubber gym flooring tile that will protect your floors, your equipment, and you! GymGear's Premium Black Rubber Gym Flooring Tiles are one of the best flooring products currently on the market for noise and vibration reduction. 

No glue is needed (although can be used if desired) for fitting this floor- these tiles lock together with hidden plastic connectors which go underneath each tile to prevent any movement. They can be easily moved when required leaving behind no damage to the floor underneath, and requires less time and effort to install and remove.

The 30mm Premium Rubber Gym Tile has a hard wearing ultra fine granule surface layer and a medium granule base layer, making it perfect for protecting your subfloor and extending the life of your free weights and functional equipment.

20mm Tile

• Tile Size –  1m x 0.5m x 20mm
•  Tile Weight – 8.7kg
• Tile Colour – Black with a 15% EPDM
• Tile Material – 100% Recycled Rubber, NR SBR – Natural Rubber / Styrene-butadiene Rubber
• Base layer – 2-3mm granules
• Surface Layer –  Surface layer fine granules with 15% EPDM

• Sound Insulation – 20dB (ISO 10140-3)
• Simple Installation – Loose lay with the plastic block connector provided.
• Resistance to chemicals – good resistance to acids, alkalis and salts. Contact with oils and hydrocarbons is not advisable and will damage the floor tiles.
• Tools Required for Fitting – Stanley knife and Rubber hammer
• Cleaning – Vacuum on the general setting, then lightly mop with a microfibre mop and water mixed with a ph neutral cleaner. Do not flood the floor with water.

• Sound Insulation – 28dB (ISO 10140-3)
• Simple Installation – No floor adhesive required, tiles connect together with hidden connectors underneath on all sides to prevent any movement.
• Resistance to chemicals – good resistance to acids, alkalis and salts. Contact with oils and hydrocarbons is not advisable and will damage the floor tiles.
• Tools Required for Fitting – Stanley knife and a Rubber hammer.
