GymGear Sterling Series Abdominal Machine

The GymGear Sterling Series Abdominal Machine is designed to strengthen the Rectus Abdominals.

This piece is simple and easy to use. Simply hold the handles by your shoulders, hook your feet behind the foam pads so that the pad is positioned at the front of your ankle, and contract your abs by rounding forwards to bring your head closer to your knees. This machine is extremely effective at training abdominal muscles by contraction motion, as the weight can be increased progressively overtime. 

Originally part of the exclusive equipment provided for China’s 2008 Olympic Weightlifting team, the robust, effective and aesthetic design of the GymGear Sterling Series has completely redefined the concept of plate loaded strength equipment.
