The ATTACH Strength Glute / Hamstring Bench is one of the most under-rated pieces of strength kit. Performing this movement regularly efficiently strengthens the posterior chain, resulting in significant improvements in the compound strength movements such as the squat, deadlift and Olympic lifts.
This piece has a Matte Black Electro-plated powder coat finish, to ensure a durable and reliable piece of equipment while still being aesthetically pleasing. The pad is upholstered to the highest of standards, using a fire-retardant upholstery material which in addition is double stitched. These pads are just as comfortable as they are practical.
