This piece doesn't use electricity but instead runs on the energy produced by the runner’s own movement, meaning users can run at their desired speed depending on ability level and change the output at will with no maximum or minimum speed settings.

The Curve Treadmill is ideal for HIIT. The Curve Treadmill’s console keeps you informed on your time, resistance level, calories burned, distance, speed, watts and pace, and more, with a number of heart rate and interval programs available. The rubber surface of this curved treadmill helps absorb the impact on your joints and connective tissue, preventing injuries often associated with running on hard surfaces.

This style of treadmill is brilliant for helping you improve your running form and posture. The shape of the belt encourages you to run on the balls of your feet, also paired with the soft rubber shock absorbing properties of the belt, can absorb the impact from your landing so there is less stress on your joints. If you are leaning forward slightly, hunching over, or not bracing your core, the belt will move to force you to maintain control with proper posture.
